Elles proviennent d&rsquo;un &eacute;levage bio de Wallonie. Il faut pouvoir utiliser du fumier ou du compost pour &eacute;pandre sur les terres car, en bio, tout apport d&rsquo;engrais de synth&egrave;se est prohib&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Soit j&rsquo;ach&egrave;te du fumier, soit je le produits moi m&ecirc;me.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">J&rsquo;avais des prairies. Tout &eacute;tait l&agrave; pour garder du b&eacute;tail.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Il restait &agrave; choisir la race. Et temps qu&rsquo;&agrave; faire, autant prendre une race rustique, &agrave; la viande go&ucirc;teuse.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\"><span style=\"font-size:24px;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">J&rsquo;ai rencontr&eacute; et beaucoup discut&eacute; avec des &eacute;leveurs d&rsquo;autres races, des ma&icirc;tres-bouchers, des restaurateurs aussi.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Ensuite, personnellement, j&rsquo;ai pris ma voiture. J&rsquo;ai &eacute;t&eacute; s&eacute;journer &agrave; Ambazac, dans le Limousin, chez Rafa&euml;l et Pascale Solans, un couple d&rsquo;amis. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; leurs relations, j&rsquo;ai pu nouer des contacts avec des &eacute;leveurs tr&egrave;s exp&eacute;riment&eacute;s. De retour &agrave; Grez-Doiceau, ma d&eacute;cision &eacute;tait prise.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Dans le cadre de ma reconversion bio, j&rsquo;allais opter pour l&rsquo;&eacute;levage de b&eacute;tail de&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">race Limousine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">. Des b&ecirc;tes rustiques,&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;display:inline!important;\"><em><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;display:inline!important;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&agrave; la viande go&ucirc;teuse, persill&eacute;e,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;display:inline!important;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">&nbsp;tendre et color&eacute;e, autonomes pour le v&ecirc;lage, qui peuvent, si n&eacute;cessaire, rester en p&acirc;tures toute l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-style:italic;\"><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;display:inline!important;\"><em><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">J&rsquo;offre &agrave; mes b&ecirc;tes, jour apr&egrave;s jour, une belle vari&eacute;t&eacute; de nourritures exclusivement biologiques.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Je compte &eacute;couler ma viande &#8211; bio et haut de gamme &#8211; en direct, directement du producteur aux consommateurs. De grands cuisiniers m&rsquo;ont d&eacute;j&agrave; exprim&eacute; leurs besoins.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Je pense que les diff&eacute;rentes r&eacute;formes de la PAC (Politique Agricole Commune) vont dans le bon sens. J&rsquo;esp&egrave;re que M.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Dacian CIOLOS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">, Commissaire Europ&eacute;en en charge de l&rsquo;Agriculture, qui travaille &agrave; une nouvelle r&eacute;forme de la PAC pour 2013, sera sensible au triple d&eacute;fi : promouvoir l&rsquo;agriculture biologique, favoriser notre biodiversit&eacute; en favorisant le 2&egrave;me pilier de la PAC, et prot&eacute;ger nos sols et sous-sols (nappes phr&eacute;atiques). Chacune a son pr&eacute;nom : Philippine, Erica, Pascaline, Pierrette, Carlotta et &#8230;le taureau &nbsp;pr&eacute;nomm&eacute; Thierry. Il a de nobles origines. Chaque Limousine est \u00ab\u00a0parrain&eacute;e\u00a0\u00bb par un citoyen, membres des <\/span><em><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0Amis de la Ferme bio du Petit Sart\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"display:inline!important;\"><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-size:13px;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">On ne peux que se r&eacute;jouir qu&rsquo;en 1886 &#8211; la cr&eacute;ation du&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-size:13px;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">herd-book&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size:small;\"><span style=\"font-size:13px;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">a clairement oeuvr&eacute; pour la double reconnaissance &agrave; la fois des qualit&eacute;s de la race et des caract&eacute;ristiques de son ph&eacute;notype. A force de courage et de pers&eacute;v&eacute;rance les producteurs de Limousines sont arriv&eacute;s, apr&egrave;s 125 ans , &agrave; d&eacute;finir un standard pour cette vache avec des crit&egrave;res objectifs, d&#8217;emp&ecirc;cher l&rsquo;introduction de sang &eacute;tranger et de d&eacute;gager une &eacute;lite dont la descendance est d&ucirc;ment contr&ocirc;l&eacute;e.
