Avec d\u00e9licatesse, il avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour les participants \u00e0 cette Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale 15 plats bio : Humus de pois chiches sur son lit de radis violet, Lentilles roses et vertes, Saumon fum\u00e9 \u00e9cossais, Tartare de carottes jaunes et oranges, mayonnaise de panais, Rillettes de skrei sur tranche de radis red meat, oeufs de poissons au wazabi, Mousse de betteraves rouges au raifort, popkorn au curcuma, Epaule \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, Dalle de lentilles jaunes, Magret fum\u00e9 et son chicon, Millefeuille de rutabaga, betteraves tenda et giccioa, Festival de salades.
